This year Royal Ascot has relocated to York; perfect timing for fish factory workers Pearl, Jan, Shelley and Linda to escape the drudgery of work for the day. Out go the hairnets and overalls as they tart themselves up for the races. As the champagne flows secrets spill out and their horses keep winning. By the last race the girls are on course for a life changing win!
